Asia Properties started out in 2000 as an Anglo-Thai real estate agent in Bangkok and Pattaya, in 2012 the owners decided to open up Asia Properties as the premier Real Estate Multi-Listing system (MLS) in Asia. All counties in the Asia Pacific region are welcome to add their property for sale and property for rent portfolio.

Our owners are experts in real estate and property marketing, including business start up, networking relationships and providing online social media marketing. This is where we can certainly assist you in selling your property or renting your property.

In using our MLS we market your property for sale or rent in the Asia region to our ever increasing extensive database, business associates and through our social networks as well of course the world wide web.

Asia-Properties MLS do not take commissions on any property sales, we simply ask for a minimal fee to cover our marketing costs. All enquiries generated through Asia-Properties MLS go to you, are owned by you and for you to make contact with the personal making the enquiry about your property.

We welcome both private sellers and commercial sellers for any type of property, real estate or land anywhere in Asia.

If you are selling your own property anywhere in Asia, you can reduce the costs of selling as you only need to make a yearly payment of $20 per property and remember - Asia Properties do not take any commission from the sale of your property.

If you are a property developer or property agent in Asia we can list your properties and developments for only $20 each month or $200 each year. Again, Asia Properties do not take any commission nor ask for any commission splits - everything generated is yours.
