KPT Social Media, the Bangkok based online marketing company have come to an agreement with Asia Properties to provide a rebranding service to the Bangkok based Real Estate agent.

Asia Properties have been active in the Thailand property market since the mid 1990's and have commented that now is the time they feel to take advantage of the social media and online marketing revolution that is in full swing.

They commented that they had been in discussions with KPT Social Media since the last quarter of 2010 to determine the way forward for the premier real estate company.

With many real estate companies falling by the wayside over the last 24 months, Asia Properties feel that they have ridden the property industry readjustment very well and see this as the ideal time to properly plan for a new future in the real estate industry in Thailand.

A new website for Asia Properties will be made live within the next week or so and an additional Multi Listing Service (MLS) for real estate companies in Thailand and the Asean Region will be established to promote, free of charge, to the Asia Properties client database of enquiries.

Asia Properties have commented that they see the future of the real estate market and in particular their business more beneficial to the industry, their clients and property owners with this strategic move. Additional real estate services such as property videos and social media marketing of properties, in conjunction with KPT Social Media, are also being established.

They have also invited companies who would like to use these services to contact them.
